Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc or dry vermouth
  • 1 lemon twist for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Chill Your Glass: Start by chilling a martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
  • Combine the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc.
  • Add Ice: Fill the shaker with ice cubes, about halfway full.
  • Shake it Up: Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. You want the mixture to be well chilled and slightly diluted.
  • Strain into Glass: Empty the ice water from your martini glass and use a cocktail strainer to pour the shaken mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish: Twist a lemon peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in as a garnish.
