  • Pour in the spiced rum: Add 2 ounces of your favorite spiced rum to the mug. I like to use a rich, flavorful rum that balances the spice and sweetness.
  • Add lime juice: Squeeze in about ½ ounce of fresh lime juice. This gives the drink a tart and refreshing kick.
  • Top off with ginger beer: Pour 4 ounces of ginger beer over the rum and lime juice. The ginger beer adds a crisp, slightly spicy finish to the cocktail.
  • Stir gently: Give the drink a gentle stir to combine the ingredients, but be careful not to over-mix.
  • Garnish: Add a lime wedge and a few mint leaves for a fresh touch. It also makes the drink look as good as it tastes!
