Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup light rum
  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • Angostura bitters optional, to taste
  • Fresh fruit for garnish orange slices, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine the Rums: In a large pitcher, combine the light and dark rum. Stir well to mix them together.
  • Add the Juices: Pour in the pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir again until all the juices are well incorporated with the rum.
  • Sweeten with Grenadine: Add the grenadine to the pitcher. This gives the punch its lovely red hue and adds a touch of sweetness.
  • Mix It Up: Stir the mixture thoroughly until all the ingredients are well-blended.
  • Add Bitters: If you like a bit of complexity, add a few dashes of Angostura bitters. Stir again.
  • Serve Over Ice: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the top.
  • Garnish: Add slices of fresh fruit and a sprig of mint to each glass for a decorative and flavorful touch.
