- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon of Tajín seasoning or any chili-lime seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of hot sauce adjust to your spice preference
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 bottle of Mexican lager like Corona or Modelo
- Ice cubes
- Fresh cilantro for garnish optional
Prepare the Pineapple: Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into chunks. Use a blender or food processor to puree the pineapple until smooth.
Rim the Glass: Pour some Tajín seasoning onto a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and then dip it into the seasoning to coat the rim.
Mix the Base: In a shaker or large glass, combine 2 ounces of the pineapple puree, lime juice from half a lime, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Stir or shake well to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Assemble the Cocktail: Fill your prepared glass with ice cubes. Pour the pineapple mixture over the ice.
Add the Beer: Slowly pour the Mexican lager into the glass over the pineapple mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a sprig of fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
