Crust:
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Topping:
- Fresh berries or berry compote
- Chocolate drizzle optional
Prepare the Crust:
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
Stir well until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan to form an even layer.
Place the pan in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:

Chill and Serve:
