Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz overproof rum
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz honey syrup made from equal parts honey and hot water
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Glassware: Start by chilling your glass. Fill a glass with ice and set it aside while you mix your ingredients.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the dark rum, light rum, and overproof rum. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and grapefruit juice.
  • Add Syrups: Pour in the honey syrup and cinnamon syrup.
  • Shake It Up: Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain and Serve: Discard the ice from your glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.
  • Garnish (Optional): Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a slice of lime for a touch of elegance.
