Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • oz fresh mango puree or mango juice if you’re short on time
  • ½ oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • Ice cubes
  • Mango slices for garnish
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the mango puree: If you’re using fresh mangoes, start by peeling and dicing them. Blend the mango pieces until smooth, adding a tiny splash of water if needed for consistency. Strain the puree to remove any fibers.
  • Chill your martini glass: Pop your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water for a few minutes to get it nice and frosty.
  • Mix the ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, triple sec, mango puree, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Shake it up: Seal the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, or until the shaker feels ice-cold in your hands.
  • Strain and serve: Remove your chilled martini glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish and enjoy: Add a slice of mango or a lime wheel on the rim of the glass for that extra pop of color and flavor. Sip, relax, and enjoy your tropical treat!
