Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz fresh mango puree about 1 ripe mango
  • 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 oz silver tequila
  • 0.5 oz habanero-infused simple syrup adjust based on spice preference
  • Ice
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Tajín seasoning for rimming the glass, optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Glass: If you like a little extra flavor, rim your glass with lime juice and dip it in Tajín seasoning for a zesty kick.
  • Make the Mango Puree: Peel and chop the mango, then blend it until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, pulse it a few times instead of blending it completely.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the mango puree, lime juice, agave syrup, tequila, and habanero-infused simple syrup.
  • Add Ice: Fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish: Add a lime wedge on the rim and, if you want to show off a bit, you can also include a small slice of habanero for presentation.
  • Enjoy: Take a sip and let the sweet and spicy flavors dance on your palate!
