Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila preferably silver
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz mango puree fresh or store-bought
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup
  • 1 chili pepper sliced
  • Tajín seasoning for rimming
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Glass: Start by rimming your glass with Tajín seasoning. Rub a lime wedge along the rim, then dip the glass into a plate of Tajín until the rim is fully coated.
  • Make the Chili-Infused Tequila: In a shaker, add the tequila and sliced chili pepper. Let it sit for 5 minutes to infuse the tequila with a bit of heat. If you like your drink extra spicy, you can let it infuse longer.
  • Mix the Margarita: Add mango puree, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup into the shaker with the chili-infused tequila.
  • Shake It Up: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and blend the ingredients.
  • Strain and Serve: Strain the margarita into your Tajín-rimmed glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish: Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of chili pepper for an extra pop of color and spice.
  • Enjoy!: Take a sip and savor the perfect balance of sweet mango and spicy chili.
