Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila preferably silver or blanco
  • 1 oz triple sec or Cointreau
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz lychee juice canned or fresh
  • 3-4 fresh lychees optional for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt for rim, optional
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prep your glass:- If you enjoy a salted rim, rub a lime wedge along the rim of your margarita glass and dip it into a plate of salt to coat. Set the glass aside.
  • Mix the ingredients:- In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and lychee juice. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
  • Shake it up:- Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
  • Pour and garnish:- Strain the cocktail into your prepared margarita glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a few fresh lychees and a lime wedge for that perfect tropical touch.
