Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 4-5 fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice
  • Soda water optional
  • Mint sprig and sliced fruit for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi slices, strawberries, and mint leaves until the fruit is well mashed and the mint releases its aroma.
  • Add the bourbon, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker halfway with crushed ice, then shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until everything is well combined and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with more crushed ice.
  • Top with soda water if you want a lighter, fizzier version, or enjoy it as is for a stronger flavor.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of kiwi or strawberry for that extra pop of color and flavor.
