Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 oz tequila blanco
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda for topping
  • Ice
  • Kiwi slices and lime wedges for garnish
  • Salt for rimming (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the kiwi: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped kiwi until it’s fully mashed and releases all its juices.
  • Add liquids: Pour in the tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake: Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until everything is well combined and chilled.
  • Prepare the glass: Rim your glass with salt (optional), then fill it with ice.
  • Strain: Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Top with club soda: Gently top off the drink with club soda for a fizzy finish.
  • Garnish: Add a slice of kiwi and a lime wedge for that extra pop of color and flavor.
  • Serve: Your Kiwi Paloma is ready to enjoy!
