- 2 ripe kiwis
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Kiwi slices for garnish
Prep the Kiwis: Start by peeling the kiwis and slicing them into chunks. Make sure to save a couple of thin slices for garnish.
Blend the Mix: Add the kiwi chunks, white rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Prepare the Glass: Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill it while you’re blending the kiwi mixture.
Strain the Mixture: Strain the blended kiwi mixture into the chilled cocktail glass to remove any seeds or pulp that didn't break down completely.
Add Garnish: Garnish with a slice of kiwi on the rim of the glass or float it on top for an added tropical touch.
