  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Ice cubes
  • Peeler (for garnish)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz potato-infused vodka or regular vodka if you don’t have potato vodka

  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon peel or potato slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare Your Glass: Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the potato-infused vodka, dry vermouth, and a few ice cubes.
  • Shake Well: Give the shaker a good, firm shake for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
  • Optional Sweet Twist: If you prefer a sweeter martini, add 1 oz of Irish cream liqueur to the mix and shake again.
  • Strain & Serve: Empty the chilled martini glass and strain your cocktail into the glass using a cocktail strainer.
  • Garnish: For a classic finish, garnish with a lemon peel. Feeling adventurous? Add a thin slice of potato for that extra Irish flair!
