Prepare Your Skull Mold: Start by spraying your skull-shaped silicone mold with non-stick cooking spray. Make sure to coat it well so the dough doesn’t stick.
Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a thin layer. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into small sections that will fit into your skull mold.
Line the Mold: Carefully press the dough pieces into each cavity of the skull mold, making sure to form the shape of the skull. The dough should cover the entire inner surface of each mold.
Fill with Ingredients: Spoon a small amount of marinara or pizza sauce into each skull cavity. Follow with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese, a few mini pepperoni slices, and some black olive slices. You can use more or less of each ingredient according to your taste.
Seal It Up: Cut additional pieces of dough to cover the top of each filled skull cavity, sealing the edges well to enclose the filling.
Add Seasoning: Brush a little melted butter over the top of each skull and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the mold on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
Cool and Serve: Allow the pizza bites to cool slightly before removing them from the mold. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
