  • Knife (for lemon)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh red grapes plus extra for garnish
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Muddle the Grapes: In a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup of fresh red grapes. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to mash the grapes until they release their juices.
