- 1 cup fresh red grapes plus extra for garnish
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

Muddle the Grapes: In a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup of fresh red grapes. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to mash the grapes until they release their juices.
Add the Booze: To the muddled grapes, add the gin, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake It Up: Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes, making sure to catch all the grape skins and seeds.
Top It Off: Add a splash of sparkling water to give the cocktail a light, fizzy finish.
