Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur like Chambord
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries or a lemon twist for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep your martini glass. Place your martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to give it a nice chill.
  • Fill your cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes to your cocktail shaker until it’s about halfway full.
  • Pour in the vodka. Measure 1.5 oz of vodka and pour it into the shaker.
  • Add the raspberry liqueur. Measure 0.5 oz of raspberry liqueur and add it to the shaker.
  • Add the pineapple juice. Measure 2 oz of pineapple juice and pour it in.
  • Shake it up. Secure the lid on your shaker and give it a good shake—be vigorous for about 10-15 seconds until it’s well mixed and chilled.
  • Strain and serve. Take your chilled martini glass out of the freezer and strain the mix from your shaker into the glass.
  • Garnish. Add a couple of fresh raspberries or a twist of lemon for a fancy touch.
