Strainer
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur like Chambord
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries or a lemon twist for garnish optional
Prep your martini glass. Place your martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to give it a nice chill.
Fill your cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes to your cocktail shaker until it’s about halfway full.
Pour in the vodka. Measure 1.5 oz of vodka and pour it into the shaker.
Add the raspberry liqueur. Measure 0.5 oz of raspberry liqueur and add it to the shaker.
Add the pineapple juice. Measure 2 oz of pineapple juice and pour it in.
Shake it up. Secure the lid on your shaker and give it a good shake—be vigorous for about 10-15 seconds until it’s well mixed and chilled.
Strain and serve. Take your chilled martini glass out of the freezer and strain the mix from your shaker into the glass.
Garnish. Add a couple of fresh raspberries or a twist of lemon for a fancy touch.
