Prepare your glass: Start by rimming the glass with cinnamon sugar. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into a mix of cinnamon and sugar.
Mix the drink: In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila, lime juice, apple cider, maple syrup, triple sec, and ground cinnamon. Fill the shaker with ice.
