Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz banana liqueur
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Pineapple slice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the light rum, banana liqueur, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup if using.
  • Shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
