- 1 oz banana liqueur
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Pineapple slice for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add the light rum, banana liqueur, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup if using.
