Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar for rimming the glass optional
  • Burnt sugar or caramelized topping for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the glass: If you want a sweet touch, rim your martini glass with sugar. To do this, lightly moisten the rim with water or a bit of caramel sauce, then dip it into a plate filled with sugar.
