Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Tequila Preferably Blanco
  • 1 ½ oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • Toasted Coconut Flakes for garnish
  • Pineapple Slice or Wedge for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Measure out the tequila, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice into individual cups. Make sure your ice cubes are ready as well.
  • Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, pour in the tequila, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
  • Add Ice: Add a handful of ice cubes to the cocktail shaker.
  • Shake Well: Give it a good shake for about 15-20 seconds to ensure everything is well mixed and chilled.
  • Prepare the Glass: Grab your cocktail glass and rim it with toasted coconut flakes. You can do this by dipping the rim in a bit of lime juice and then dipping it into a plate of coconut flakes.
  • Strain and Pour: Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish: Add a pineapple slice or wedge to the rim of the glass for an extra tropical touch.
