Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Red Food Coloring optional for extra "bloody" effect
  • Ice
  • Lime Wheel or Wedge for garnish
  • Coarse Salt or Sugar for rimming
  • Halloween-themed Garnishes eyeball candies, plastic spiders, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Rim: Start by running a lime wedge around the rim of your margarita glass. Then dip the rim into a plate of coarse salt or sugar – your choice!
  • Mix the Base: In a cocktail shaker, combine the Tequila, Triple Sec, fresh Lime Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Simple Syrup. Add a few drops of red food coloring if you want a darker, more vivid red.
  • Shake It: Fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain and Pour: Strain the mixture into your prepared, ice-filled margarita glass.
  • Garnish: Add a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and any Halloween-themed garnishes to amp up the spooky vibe.
