Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Spoon
  • Grater
  • Non-stick pan (optional, for heating tortillas)
  • Microwave (optional, for heating tortillas)

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup leftover turkey sliced or shredded
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens or lettuce
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prep the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and ensure the turkey is sliced or shredded. Heat your tortillas lightly in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
  • Spread the Base: Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Layer the Turkey: Evenly distribute the sliced or shredded turkey over the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
  • Add the Cranberry Sauce: Spoon 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce over the turkey on each wrap, spreading it evenly.
  • Top with Greens and Cheese: Add a layer of mixed greens or lettuce, followed by a sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese.
  • Add Avocado and Season: Arrange the avocado slices on top, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Wrap It Up: Carefully roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go to keep the ingredients secure. Slice each wrap in half if you like.
  • Serve: Serve immediately, or wrap in foil or parchment paper to take on the go.
