Prepare Your Station: Gather all your leftovers—turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy. Make sure you’ve got a nice space to work in.
Layer the Sandwich: Take one slice of bread and spread a generous layer of cranberry sauce on it. This will act as your base.
Add the Turkey: Place 2-3 slices of turkey over the cranberry sauce. Make sure the turkey is distributed evenly across the bread.
Stuffing Time: Scoop about half a cup of stuffing and spread it over the turkey. If the stuffing is too crumbly, you can slightly mash it with a fork to help it stick together.
Top with Gravy: Drizzle a bit of gravy over the stuffing for moisture and added flavor.
Add Greens (Optional): If you like a bit of freshness in your sandwich, add a handful of spinach or arugula on top of the stuffing.
Top It Off: Place the other slice of bread on top. If you like toasted sandwiches, you can spread a bit of butter or mayonnaise on the outside of the bread.
Toast (Optional): Heat a skillet over medium heat. If you’ve opted to butter the bread, place the sandwich in the skillet and toast until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve: Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately!
