- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Prepare the Cheese Sticks:
Set Up the Breading Stations:
Place the flour in a shallow dish.
In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
In a third shallow dish, combine the Italian breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
Bread the Cheese Sticks:
Dip each cheese stick half into the flour, ensuring it’s completely coated.
Next, dip the floured cheese stick into the beaten eggs.
Finally, roll the cheese stick in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the breadcrumbs.
Repeat this process for a second coating to ensure a crispier outer layer.
Freeze the Cheese Sticks:
Fry the Cheese Sticks:
Heat oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F.
Fry the cheese sticks in batches, about 1-2 minutes per batch or until golden brown and crispy.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried mozzarella sticks to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
