Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it’s heating up, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Prepare the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until they are evenly coated.
Bake the Wings: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking. The wings should be golden and crispy.
Make the Sauce: While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and minced garlic to the butter and cook until the garlic is fragrant, taking care not to let it burn. Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Coat the Wings: Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Transfer the wings to a large bowl and pour the garlic-Parmesan sauce over them. Toss the wings well to ensure they're fully coated.
Serve: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the wings and garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
