- 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
- 5 oz Brie cheese cut into small cubes
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish optional
- Cooking spray or parchment paper
Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This will ensure your bites cook evenly.
Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to ensure it doesn't stick. Cut the pastry into 24 small squares.
