- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef leftover turkey can also be used

- 1 large onion thinly sliced

- 12 slider buns or small rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
