  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your skillet: Place a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat and pour in the olive oil.
  • Sauté toppings: Add the diced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
