Every year, as Thanksgiving dinner wraps up and the dishes are cleared, my thoughts immediately shift to the next big celebration: Black Friday. While some people gear up for a day full of deals and shopping, I tend to focus on what really matters—food!

There's something magical about the post-Thanksgiving haze that makes you crave another round of holiday indulgence. And what better way to keep the festive spirit alive than by baking some delicious treats? This year, I decided to try something special: a Black Friday Pecan Pie Bar Recipe.

Tips for Storing Your Pecan Pie Bars

Once you've baked these delightful bars, you'll want to ensure they stay fresh. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. If you plan to keep them longer, you can refrigerate them for up to a week. They also freeze well, making them a great make-ahead option for those extra busy holiday times.

Perfect Pairings with Pecan Pie Bars

While pecan pie bars are delicious on their own, they’re absolutely heavenly when paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. If you're feeling a bit adventurous, a drizzle of caramel sauce can add an extra layer of indulgence. For a cozy afternoon treat, these bars can be paired with a hot cup of coffee or a spiced latte—perfect for those who need a little pick-me-up after a morning of Black Friday shopping.
